DBS Points/POSB Daily$ Redemption

Do you have DBS Points/POSB Daily$? If you do, good news - DBS Points/POSB Daily$ can be used to offset your online purchases instantly at participating merchants' website or mobile app. 


For the time being, DBS rewards redemption is ONLY available on our ZALORA Mobile App.

1. How do I use DBS Points?

Step One: Proceed to bag


Once you've decided on the item you would like to purchase, add them to your bag. Scroll down to "Redeem partner reward points" and log in to your ZALORA account. In the event that you don't have a ZALORA account, please register for one in order to proceed.


Step Two: Log in to your DBS/POSB account


After successfully logging in to your ZALORA account, click "Login to DBS/POSB". A message will pop up to alert you that you'll be directed to the DBS digibank page.

Key in your user ID and PIN to continue. Rest assured that we won't store any information relating to your bank account. This will automatically redirect you back to your ZALORA checkout page where you can select the amount you wish to redeem.



Step Three: Key in your preferred redemption amount


Once logged in, you will be shown your point balance and its equivalent SGD amount. Select either DBS Points or POSB Daily$ and type in the amount of SGD you wish to redeem. Then select "Apply".


Step Four: Review your order details


Once applied, the redemption amount will automatically be deducted from your grand total. You'll be able to see the breakdown of any shipping costs, promotional vouchers/discounts, and your partner reward points used.

Then select "Go to checkout" and continue to select your preferred payment method.

In the event you would like to edit your redemption amount, select "Remove". Then key in your new amount and click "Apply".

Review your order and once satisfied, scroll down and select "Place order".

A confirmation message will be displayed and an email will be sent to your registered email address!

2. What is DBS Rewards – Pay with DBS Points/POSB Daily$?

It is a collaboration with DBS to allow users to offset their balance with their DBS Points/POSB Daily$. It is only applicable for DBS users with reward balances in their account. To access their rewards summary, the users must be logged into ZALORA first, then they can login to DBS.

3. Can I redeem from both DBS points and POSB Daily$?

No, only one type of DBS Rewards is allowed per transaction.

4. What will happen to my points if I cancel/refund the order?

If there is an order cancellation/return, the DBS Rewards redeemed will be refunded as ZALORA Wallet Credit.

5. Can I reverse my ZALORA Wallet Credit back to DBS Points/POSB Daily$?

No. ZALORA Wallet Credit cannot be reversed back to DBS Points/POSB Daily$. DBS Rewards redeemed are non-reversible.

6. Can I refund my ZALORA Wallet Credit as cash?

Unfortunately, a refund via ZALORA Wallet Credit is not eligible to be converted to cash.

7. How do I know whether I have any DPS Points/POSB Daily$?

Log in to your DBS/POSB digibank to retrieve your latest points balance. In case of no value, the option to select the relevant DBS Rewards will be greyed out. If you do not have any DBS Rewards to redeem, you will receive the message "You don't have any reward balances."

8. What if I accidentally enter an amount greater than my point balance or total cart value?

We will automatically adjust the amount to match the amount of DBS Rewards you have left or the value of your cart (whichever is lesser). You will not be able to process more points than your total order value.

9. I can't log in to my DBS account using my digibank ID and PIN - what should I do?

The service might not be available or the network connection lost, do try again after some time. If it persists, please contact DBS directly.

10. After logging into my DBS account, I received an error message when redeeming my DBS Points/POSB Daily$ - what do I do?

If an error does occur, the selected rewards will not be deducted and you will be re-directed to the Order Review page. You can proceed to try again.

11. What happens to my selected DBS Points/POSB Daily$ when there is an error with my payment?

The selected DBS Rewards for your order will be converted to ZALORA Wallet Credit and credited to your ZALORA account. The total amount of your order less the Wallet Credit will then be paid with your chosen payment method when you trying checking out the order again.

12. Why am I unable to fully pay for my order using DBS Points / POSB Daily$ despite having enough balance?

If your order value is below S$40 or the items are Sold by Sellers, shipping fees will have to be paid for by a different payment method provided and DBS Rewards will not be valid to offset the cost of shipping fees.


If the total selected DBS Rewards happen to be higher than the total order value with changes to the cart, the DBS Rewards will be adjusted downwards to prevent an 'over redemption'. Do head back to key in the preferred SGD value of DBS Rewards to redeem once again.
