Introducing our new feature that ensures you get the best price for your favorite items: we will repay the price difference you found on other platforms as cashback that you can use for your next purchases!
1. How to use Best Price Guaranteed Feature?
- You placed an order with ZALORA and found that another platform offers a lower price on the same item.
- You fill out the Price Check From and fulfilled all the requirements 24 hours after you have placed your order in ZALORA.
- Approval period for your submission. Note that you need to submit the form by 72 hours at the latest after you placed your order.
- Once your request has been approved, you will receive the price difference through cashback into your ZALORA account up to 45 days at the latest after your request has been approved.

2. What is the number of days customers have to notify ZALORA of any pricing differentials?
Customers have up to 3 days from the order date of the submitted product. Customers may submit a Price Check Form here. Please take note of the following periods as well:
The 24-hour period referring to the window in which we would accept pricing differences. Flash sales on external platforms will not be considered.
E.g. If you makes a purchase on 10th Jan 10am, we will only consider claims if the external prices were lower before 11th Jan 10am.
The 72-hour period referring to the window in which a customer has to submit their price difference claim.
Reimbursement Period:
The 45-day period referring to the window in which Zalora has to reimburse the difference to sucessfull customers (i.e. customer who, as determined by Zalora, have provided all necessary details to Zalora in accordance with the Campaign TnCs and these FAQs.)
Cooling Period:
The 30-days period referring to the window in which a customer is allowed to submit a Price Check Form. i.e A customer can only submit a Price Check Form once every 30 days.
3. How can customers notify ZALORA of any price differentials? What information is required to substantiate their claim?
Customers will have to submit a Price Check Form with the following information:
- Email registered with Zalora
- Order Number
- External Platform Name
This will be limited to ZALORA’s selected list of eligible comparison platforms
- Zalora Product URL
- External Product URL
- Zalora PDV screenshot, which shall include all of the following:
- Product Name, Price, SKU, Product Size and Availability, Clear indication of time and date (computer date and time)
- External PDV screenshot, which shall include all of the following:
Product Name, Price, Brand / Seller Name, Product Size and Availability, Clear indication of time and date (computer date and time)
- Price difference between the Zalora and the external platform
Price difference is based on the price listed on Zalora’s and external platform’s PDV respectively only (not on checkout page, any other calculations / screenshots will not be considered)
4. Which are the competitors we are allowing customers to use as a price differential?
We are currently only accepting price comparison from Shopee (Shopee Mall Sellers only) and Lazada (LazMall Sellers only).
For the avoidance of doubt, the comparison will be based on platforms in the same territory (i.e. prices found on the ZALORA Singapore platform compared against prices found for the same product on the above mentioned Eligible Sellers’ Singapore platform).
5. How will customers know which products on our platforms are eligible for the campaign?
Product eligible for the Campaign will have a "Best Price" tag.
6. What is the maximum amount of the cashback that can be refunded per product?
The maximum amount of cashback that able to be refunded is $150 per product
7. How is the Price Difference calculated?
Price difference will be the difference between (i) the price paid by the customer for the product on ZALORA (minus any shipping-related charges or other opt-in services offered by ZALORA upon checkout); and the price listed on the external platform.
If ZALORA deems that the Price Check Form is submitted in accordance with the Campaign TnCs and these FAQs, ZALORA will refund the Price Difference in the form of cashback at (i) 1.2x the price difference; or (ii) SGD150, whichever is the lower. The cashback will be injected within 45 days of the order being completed (i.e. successful delivery of the order and no returns/refunds/cancellation).
