1. How does DBS Paylah work?

At checkout, select DBS Paylah! As your preferred method. Once you have checked out, you will be directed to DBS PayLah! App. In DBS Paylah! App customers are able to approve this payment for express check out. Once payment is successful, you will be redirected back to ZALORA App. Please note that DBS PayLah! check out are only available for DBS Paylah! Account holder. 

2. What are the spending limits using DBS Paylah! ? 

Good news! There are no min / max spend requirements for this payment method.

3. Can I return my order if I choose to pay using DBS Paylah! ?

4. How will I be refunded if I choose DBS PayLah! ? 

If you opted for a cancellation or return, only your paid amount will be refunded back to your DBS PayLah! Account.


Once your item has been processed by ZALORA, do expect 1-2 working days for ZALORA to process the refund back to DBS PayLah!. After that, DBS PayLah! will process the refund within 1-3 working days.

5. How do I make payment? 

Step One: Once you have selected your desired item, be sure to select your preferred size (if applicable), before adding it to your bag, and proceeding to checkout.


Step Two: Select your delivery address, then proceed to select DBS PayLah! as your payment method, and click “Place Order”. You will be directed to the DBS PayLah! App. Proceed follow the on-screen instructions.
