How to Participate:

To participate, eligible customers must subscribe to ZALORA VIP by successfully applying the voucher code ZVIPCB100 during the Campaign Period.

Terms & Conditions: 

1. The ZALORA VIP Acquisition Drive (“Campaign”) runs from 11:00 AM, 16 June 2025 to 8:00 PM, 19 June 2025 (“Campaign Period”). 

2. The offer is valid only for selected customers in Singapore, as identified by ZALORA.

3. To be entitled to this offer, customers must subscribe to ZALORA VIP during the campaign period and receive 100% cashback on the annual membership fee of SGD17.90.

4. Customers must apply the voucher code ZVIPCB100 during the checkout process of VIP membership subscription process to enjoy this offer.

5. Cashback will be credited to your ZALORA account after a successful VIP membership subscription.

6. Cashback can be used to cover up to 30% of the unit price of a product after any offers, discounts or promotional pricing.

7. Cashback is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

8. Cashback can be used on eligible purchases (excluding gift cards) on ZALORA within the validity period.

9. Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.

10. Cashback does not apply to certain brands or items as specified by ZALORA. Other exclusions may apply as per ZALORA’s standard terms.

11. ZALORA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the terms of or end the campaign at any time without prior notice.

12. Personal data will be collected, processed and stored for the purpose of this campaign. Please refer to the ZALORA Privacy Policy for more information.

13. Customer’s subscription and usage of ZVIP shall be subject to the ZVIP terms and conditions here.

14. ZALORA reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions in relation to the usage and redemption of the ZVIP Voucher Codes without prior notice and without any liability to any party. All other terms and conditions in relation to the usage and redemption of promotional voucher codes located at www.zalora.sg shall similarly apply to the ZVIP Voucher Code.
