Number of Packages in Delivery

1. What happens if my order contains a mix of items "Sold by ZALORA" and "Sold by Sellers"?

If your order is a mix of items "Sold by ZALORA" and "Sold by Sellers", you will receive the items separately on different days due to their different delivery times.

2. How are orders with all "Sold by ZALORA" items delivered?

If your items are sourced from the same place, they will share the same delivery lead time and reach you in a single package on the same day. If your items are sourced from different places, they will have different delivery lead times and reach you in separate packages, possibly on different days.

3. What happens if I place multiple orders within the same day?

If you place multiple orders within the same day, all your items may be packed into a single package for delivery. This process is automated by our system, and the shipping fee (if any) will be charged on a per order basis. You will be notified and able to track all your orders separately once they are shipped.

4. How are orders with all "Sold by Seller" items delivered?

If your order contains items from one single seller, your items will reach you in a single package on the same day. If your order contains items from several different sellers, your items will reach you in separate packages and may arrive on different days according to the Seller's dispatching.

5. How are orders with mixed "Sold by Seller" & "Sold by ZALORA" items delivered?

If your order contains items from both "Sold by ZALORA" and "Sold by Seller", your items will reach you in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
