ZALORA Sales Invoice
1. Where can I view my invoice?
Firstly, you may go to your app under My account > My Orders > select your order number, under order price details, you may click on ‘Download ZALORA Invoice”
2. Why is there no invoice in my package?
In our initiative to be more environmentally friendly, we are sending the ZALORA sales invoice electronically!
3. Do I need an invoice for my returns?
Kindly note, for sold by ZALORA items, no invoice is included in your package and needed for returns. You may simply pack your items and have it ready for returns accordingly. For items sold by either ZALORA or ZALORA external suppliers, you may download a copy of your ZALORA sales invoice here; My account > My Orders > select your order number, under order price details, you may click on ‘Download ZALORA Invoice” . Unfortunately, we do not provide invoices for items sold by Sellers. Please contact our Customer Service team if you would like a copy of your Seller invoice.
