Amend Order details


Placed your order but realise you need to make some amendments to your order details? 


Unfortunately, the following changes are no longer possible once you have placed a confirmed order. However we recommend canceling your orders before proceeding to place new order with the correct details. 


-Payment method

-Voucher application 

-Choice of item (color, size, type) 


1. How can I change my order delivery address? 

You’ve just placed an order but realise you’ve made a mistake with your address? If it’s within the hour, please contact our friendly customer service via chat and we might be able to tweak your order for you. 


If more than two hours have passed, chances are that your order might have already been packed and shipped. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes. For future reference, if you want to change your delivery address or send a surprise gift to a friend’s address, you may follow these easy steps on both mobile app and desktop; 


Step 1: Log in to your ZALORA account

On both desktop and mobile app, start by logging in with your registered email and password.

Step 2: Access your account settings

Desktop: Hover over your profile symbol at the top right corner and select “My account.” This will take you to your “Account Information” page.

Mobile App: Tap on the “Account” icon at the bottom of the screen, then go to “Details.”


Step 3: Change or edit your address

Desktop: Under the billing/shipping addresses section, you can either click “Edit” next to an existing address or “+New Address” to add a new one. Make sure to tick/select the correct address you want your parcel delivered to.

Mobile App: In the “Details” section, look for “Default Address” or “Additional Addresses.” Tap “Edit” to update an existing address or “Add New Address” to enter a new one.


Step 4: Save your changes

After editing or adding your address, ensure you save the changes so your updated address is used for future orders.


Note: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to amend address details for ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders. You may opt for an order cancellation instead. 

2. Why can’t I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, at ZALORA once your order is packed, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests. 


You can view the status of your order by going to “My Account” > Orders & Tracking. 


If you opted to pay for your items via “COD” and are still keen on cancelling your order after its already packed, you may reject the parcel upon arrival and simply inform the rider that you have changed your mind. Once the parcel is back in your warehouse, you will be refunded accordingly. 

3. When will I receive my refund if I cancel my order? 

If you have already paid for your order, your refund will be processed by ZALORA within the next 1-2 working days upon cancellation or once the order has arrived at the ZALORA warehouse if you rejected the delivery or opted for a return. From there, kindly allow the refund time frames stated here in order for the refunded payment to reflect in your account.
