1. What is Direct Return to Seller?

The Marketplace Direct Returns to Seller (DRTS) model is an alternative return model that allows customers to return items directly back to the Seller’s warehouse.

2. How do I perform a Direct Return to Seller?
  1. Submit a return request for the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Do not consolidate a Direct Return to Seller item with other items unless sold by the same Seller.
  3. Adhere to the Returns Policy. 
  4. Pack the items back into their original packaging and condition, with barcode label and tags intact. 
  5. Include the Seller invoice or write the order number on a piece of paper and insert it into the parcel. 
  6. Drop off your return parcels at the nearest Singpost outlet and provide your return tracking number.
3. Can I consolidate items from different sellers in the same return package?

No, you must not consolidate Direct Return to Seller items with other items unless they are sold by the same Seller.

4. How must items sold by Sellers that are part of the ZALORA Direct Return to Seller program be returned?

These items must only be returned via Singpost drop off return and must not be consolidated in the same return package as other items unless sold by the same Seller.
